For wedding and event venues

More of the best bookings, on the dates that don't book themselves.

We run your ads, email, landing pages and directory listings, and bring you inquiries for the Fridays, Sundays, weekdays and off-season months that are hardest to book. You close them the way you always have.

For about 8 years we ran marketing for The Grove in Cedar Grove, NJ. At its peak it brought in about 700 inquiries a month, an estimated top 1% of venues nationally by inquiry volume.

At most venues, Saturdays book themselves. The rest of the calendar doesn't.

In season, couples tend to find a venue's Saturdays on their own. The bookings most venues miss are everywhere else: Fridays and Sundays, weekdays, and the months between seasons. Most of those dates can be sold. They just need someone marketing them.

01

Off-season and weekday weddings.

Couples with a flexible date who'd rather have your venue on a Friday than someone else's on a Saturday.

02

Smaller events.

Micro-weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers and milestone celebrations that fit a Friday night or a Sunday afternoon.

03

Corporate and other events.

Meetings, holiday parties and company celebrations, booked by planners who search differently from couples.

What we run

Everything it takes to book those dates

  • Google Ads aimed at the dates and events you want to fill, shown when couples and planners are searching.
  • Facebook and Instagram ads that reach couples early in their planning, and people planning smaller events.
  • A landing page for each offer: Friday and Sunday weddings, off-season dates, micro-weddings, corporate events.
  • Email and instant follow-up that stays in front of inquiries through a booking cycle that can run months.
  • Directory listings on WeddingWire, The Knot and Google, managed as part of the same system.
  • Remarketing to win back people who visited but didn't inquire.
  • A plain-English report every month: inquiries, what they cost and what we're changing next. See a sample →

Proof

What this looked like at The Grove

The Grove found me through my design work and stayed about 8 years. Over that time we ran their website, Google and Meta ads, and their listings on The Knot and WeddingWire.
~700inquiries a month at peak, in an estimated top 1% of venues nationally by inquiry volume
71%lower cost per inquiry
67xreturn on ad spend: about $67,000 in estimated booking profit for every $1,000 in ads

That was on $7,600–12,600 a month in ad spend, which is a real budget, spent carefully. The venue changed ownership in 2026.

From first call to a fuller calendar

  1. Venue Revenue Audit (free)

Before we talk, I look at how your venue shows up next to your local competitors, and which dates and events you could be booking but aren't marketing yet. You get it before or on the call, and it's yours either way.

  2. Discovery Call (30 minutes)

We go through the audit, your calendar and the dates you most want to fill. If there's no fit, I'll tell you.

  3. Live within about a week

We learn your event types, your calendar and your seasonal patterns, build campaigns for the dates you want, and switch them on. Inquiries start coming in within the first few days.

Ad spend is separate. You pay Google and Meta directly, from accounts you own. We recommend at least $2,000 a month for Growth and $4,000 for Premier.

Setup is $2,500 one-time. It covers fixing your tracking, building the pages and system, and importing and reactivating your past inquiries. It's waived if you commit to six months.

The first term is 90 days, then month to month. Weddings book 11–14 months out, so we ask for long enough to prove it.

Been burned by an agency before?

A lot of venue owners have. You paid, you got a report full of clicks, and you still couldn't say what it booked.

So here's our commitment. If tour requests from qualified couples aren't above your baseline within 90 days, we keep working without a fee until they are.

Your baseline is your average monthly tour requests over the 90 days before we launch, taken from your records. If you don't track tours yet, we'll measure qualified inquiries for the first 30 days after tracking is installed and use that instead.

It's conditional, because results take two teams. The guarantee holds as long as your team answers leads within the agreed response times, the minimum ad spend stays on, and your staff run the tours.

We work with 1 venue per market, and we'll turn down your competitor down the road. Before your call, I'll confirm your market is open. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight away, and let you know if that changes.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • An independent venue, or a small group of venues, hosting 35 or more weddings a year
  • Weddings that bring in $15,000+ for the venue alone, or $25,000+ all-inclusive
  • An owner, GM or director of sales who wants more of the calendar booked, not just Saturdays
  • A team that will answer inquiries quickly and run tours

Not a fit

DIY barns, venues built only for micro-weddings, chain hotels and managed clubs (your marketing is decided somewhere else), or venues looking for a one-off website fix.

Questions owners ask

Can you really book weekdays and the off-season?

When there's an offer worth booking, yes. On the call we look at your calendar together and pick the dates and event types to go after. Some venues already have Friday, Sunday or off-season pricing. Others add it, and we'll help you shape it.

We're already on WeddingWire and The Knot. Do we still need this?

Directory listings are part of the system we manage, not a substitute for it. Running them with your ads as one system means you're not paying for the same couple twice.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We manage them. If you leave, everything stays with you.

How soon will I see results?

Inquiries typically start arriving within the first few days of launch. Cost per inquiry comes down as we learn what works, and most accounts look materially different by month 2 or 3.

We already have a CRM.

We'll work with what you have where we can, or move you onto our system if it's the better fit. We'll go through it on the call.

What does my team have to do?

Answer inquiries quickly, run the tours, and tell us what booked, so we can bring you more of the inquiries that turn into events. We give you the response times and a tour script.

What if my market is already taken?

Then we can't work with you there. I check every market by hand before the call, so you'll know before we talk.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. It's yours whether or not we work together.
