Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Who we are
This page (venues.dogood.design) is operated by Do Good Design Co. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information this page collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you tell us: the details you enter in a form on this page — such as your name, work email and mobile number, your venue and its website, your role, and answers about your venue such as weddings a year, typical revenue per wedding and current marketing.
- How you found us: the web address you arrived from, and the advertising details attached to your visit — which ad, campaign or search keyword brought you here, and the click identifiers Google, Meta or Microsoft add to an ad link.
- Your visit: the pages you view and the buttons you use here, the date and time, your browser and device type, and your IP address, from which our providers may estimate your general area (city or region).
Cookies and similar storage
This page stores a small amount of information in your browser: a first-party cookie and local storage entry that remember how you first and most recently arrived here (so a request you send later is still matched to the right ad), and a random visitor identifier that contains nothing about who you are. Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) also set their own cookies to measure visits and advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the page and the form still work.
How we use it
- To prepare the free Venue Revenue Audit you asked for, by looking at your venue and how it shows up online next to its local competitors.
- To decide whether a Discovery Call makes sense, to book and hold that call, and to follow up by email — and by text if you ticked the text-message box.
- To keep a record of our conversation and any proposal we send you.
- To understand which of our advertising brings in enquiries and work, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly.
- To keep this page working and to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We use your contact details to reply to the request you sent. If we text you, message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising and analytics
We use these services on this page:
- Google Analytics, to count visits and see how this page is used.
- Google Ads, to measure which of our Google ads led to an enquiry or a call.
- The Meta pixel and Conversions API, to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads led to an enquiry or a call.
When you send a form or tap to call, this page and our server tell Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that an enquiry happened, so the ad that led to it can be credited. That report can include the ad click identifier from your visit, your IP address and browser type, the random visitor identifier described above, and your name, email address and phone number in hashed form — scrambled so that they can only be matched against an account you already have with that company. We do not send them what you wrote about your request.
Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) use this information under their own privacy policies, including to measure and improve advertising. You can limit that through Google’s ad settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, Meta’s ad preferences and the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run this page and our business, each for the purpose described:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this page, stores the requests sent through it, and runs the check that protects the form from spam.
- HighLevel, the customer-management system where we receive and follow up on requests. Its booking calendar appears on this page after you send the form, filled in with the details you gave us; when you book a time, your booking goes to HighLevel, which may set its own cookies, and through which we send text messages.
- Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as described under “Advertising and analytics”.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages about your Discovery Call and Venue Revenue Audit, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us send the messages (such as our messaging platform). Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and call records for as long as we need them to serve you, to keep ordinary business records, and to measure our advertising over time. You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see “Your choices”.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to john@dogood.design or call us at (732) 444-7144 and we will act on a reasonable request promptly. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law; we will honor them.
Security
Information sent through this page is encrypted in transit, and access to stored requests is limited to the people and service providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This page is meant for adults who run or work for a wedding venue or other business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this page handles information we will update this policy and the effective date above.
