For premium wedding venues
DGD builds and runs the booking system behind your venue: the ads, the pages, the instant follow-up, the tour reminders, and a monthly report that ties every booking back to the dollar that produced it.
For about eight years we ran marketing for The Grove in Cedar Grove, NJ. At its peak it brought in about 700 inquiries a month, in an estimated top 1% of venues nationally by inquiry volume.
You can't sell last June's Saturday again. If your peak Saturday is worth $25,000, a single empty one costs more than ten months of our Growth program.
Most venues we talk to don't have a lead problem they can see. They have three problems they can't:
A couple who asks at 9 PM on a Tuesday has usually messaged four other venues by morning.
No reminder, no confirmation call, no rebook when they miss it.
So The Knot renews, the ads renew, and every budget conversation is a guess.
What we install
Proof
The Grove found me through my design work and stayed about eight years. Over that time we ran their website, Google and Meta ads, and their listings on The Knot and WeddingWire.
That was on $7,600–12,600 a month in ad spend, which is a real budget, spent carefully. The venue changed ownership in 2026.
Inquiries include every event type and every channel. Results depend on your market, your price and your team.
Before we talk, I look at how your venue shows up next to your local competitors: how you capture inquiries, how fast you answer, what you're tracking, and what you're paying directories. You get it before or on the call, and it's yours either way.
We go through the audit, your numbers and your calendar. If there's no fit, I'll tell you.
We fix the tracking, build the pages and follow-up, reactivate your past inquiries, and switch on the ads. Then every month you get a report of bookings and revenue.

Ad spend is separate. You pay Google and Meta directly, from accounts you own. We recommend at least $2,000 a month for Growth and $4,000 for Premier.
Setup is $2,500 one-time. It covers fixing your tracking, building the pages and system, and importing and reactivating your past inquiries. It's waived if you commit to six months.
The first term is 90 days, then month to month. Weddings book 11–14 months out, so we ask for long enough to prove it.
A lot of venue owners have. You paid, you got a report full of clicks, and you still couldn't say what it booked.
So here's our commitment. If tour requests from qualified couples aren't above your baseline within 90 days, we keep working without a fee until they are.
Your baseline is your average monthly tour requests over the 90 days before we launch, taken from your records. If you don't track tours yet, we'll measure qualified inquiries for the first 30 days after tracking is installed and use that instead.
It's conditional, because results take two teams. The guarantee holds as long as your team answers leads within the agreed response times, the minimum ad spend stays on, and your staff run the tours.
We work with one venue per market, and we'll turn down your competitor down the road. Before your call, I'll confirm your market is open. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight away, and let you know if that changes.
DIY barns, micro-wedding venues, chain hotels and managed clubs (your marketing is decided somewhere else), or venues looking for a one-off website fix.
No. We bring those leads into the same pipeline so you can finally see what they book. Most owners decide what to keep after a few months of real numbers.
You do. We manage them. If you leave, everything stays with you.
Tracking and follow-up improve within weeks. Bookings follow the way couples book: 11–14 months out, with the busiest inquiry months running from December to March. That's why the first term is 90 days and the guarantee is about tour requests, not signed contracts.
We'll work with what you have where we can, or move you onto our system if it's the better fit. We'll go through it on the call.
Answer leads within the agreed times, run the tours, and mark what booked. We give you the scripts and standards.
Then we can't work with you there. I check every market by hand before the call, so you'll know before we talk.
Yes. It's yours whether or not we work together.
Six quick questions about your venue, then pick a time. If it's not a fit, you'll get our free resources instead, with no sales call.
Pick a 30-minute slot in the next week. Before we talk, I'll prepare your Venue Revenue Audit: how your venue shows up next to your local competitors, and where inquiries are leaking. You'll have it before or on the call.

You're booked. Check your inbox for the details and a short video on what to expect. Talk soon.
Based on your answers, I want to look at your market before booking a call, so I don't waste your time. I'll email you within one business day, either with a link to book or with an honest note if I don't think we're the right fit.
In the meantime, here's what we check in every venue audit: open the checklist.

Based on your answers, we're not the right fit right now. That's usually about timing or size, not quality. The checklist we use in every Venue Revenue Audit is yours, free. Run it in 30 minutes and you'll see exactly where inquiries are leaking.
